Owner's Representative
Reporting only to Ownership, we provide expert representation speaking the builder's language as your resident expert on staff. Areas of service include but are not limited to quality control evaluations, attendance of all production meetings, statement and billing evaluations and accuracy, UBCode Compliance, and schedule adherence. Permit issuance and Expediting services in the planning and permit issuance phase.
